The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with us.

Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to CIRIA TANNING COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED, 536, Rajdanga Main Road, Kolkata – 107.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Ecstatic Bags, accessible from https://ecstaticbags.com/
- You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. You will have to send us an e-mail to [email protected] with your order number. We can cancel your order and refund your amount. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed and the shipping has been initiated.
Our products go through 3 levels of quality check to ensure that the item delivered to you is in perfect condition. However, there is always a remote chance that it may be damaged in transit,i.e., the outer packing of the product is partially open, torn or tampered with, or by mistake, a wrong product has been delivered to you. We request you to immediately intimate us via mail([email protected]) of the current condition of the parcel, with signs of tampering and other visible details before accepting the delivery from the courier company.
If you notice manufacturing/workmanship errors on your newly purchased product, we can repair the product for you. If repairs are not possible, a replacement will be provided. This is valid within 3 days from the day of delivery and does not cover any wear and tear due to usage.
Please note that for repairs, customers are responsible for one way shipping charges.
Once the defective product is inspected and a defect is found due to the manufacturer’s workmanship, we will repair, at our cost, or replace the product with the same style.
Manufacturing/ workmanship defects include problems with zippers, loose or broken stitches, hardware and lining.
Normal wear and tear is not a defect. Over time leather may fade or spot and the edges may show signs of wear. This is a natural and normal process and is not covered under the Ecstatic bags warranty.
Colour Mismatch: 1) Colour differences might exist because of different screen resolutions. A slight colour mismatch between the real colour and the screen colour may not mean the item is defective. We have made every effort to match the true colour to the screen colour. Your understanding will be greatly appreciated.2)If you are confident that you have received the wrong colour item(for example, you ordered white, but we sent you black), please contact Customer Service.
The dimensions of every product are mentioned on the site, please go through the specifications carefully before you order. There is no return for size issues.
Zippers that are worn out and damaged by improper use are not considered defective.
Ecstatic bags cannot guarantee or replace products damaged by neglect or mishandling, including exposure to moisture, severe tears in leather or lining and ink marks and stains.
Under product care, we emphasize that our products are delicately hand-crafted so each piece is unique and no two pieces are alike. The leather used for our products is naturally dyed and untreated. Please refrain from direct contact with water, oil, light courses and light-coloured garments.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
- The Goods are in the original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded.
Modes of Refund
Cash on Delivery
If the order was placed using payment option as Cash on Delivery, we will refund you the price paid of the product (excluding the shipping charges) through NEFT, cheque in favour of the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order or refund coupon.
Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking
If Credit card, Debit card or Internet banking was used as the mode of payment while placing the order, the price paid of the product will be refunded (excluding the shipping charges) will be credited back to the respective credit/debit card/internet banking account provided at the time of placing the order. We initiate refund within a maximum of 10 working days after receipt of the product . However, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund by us.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
